The “Built for the Weekend” Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. Our tees are made for hard work, weekends outside, and everything in between. But hey, sometimes things don't go as planned.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right.

Here's how it works:

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll provide a replacement or full refund
  • Please contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them
  • Contact us at support@workingoutdoorsman.com and we'll get things squared away

Printing & Quality Issues

Every shirt is printed and inspected before it heads your way. That said, occasional production issues can happen — things like printing defects, misaligned graphics, or damaged garments.

If you believe your shirt has a printing or alignment defect, send us the details and we'll work with our production partner to review it and determine the appropriate resolution.

To help us take care of the issue quickly, please include:

  • Clear photos of the entire front and/or back of the shirt laid flat on a level surface
  • A photo showing a tape measure or ruler placed straight across or alongside the design so we can accurately evaluate placement and alignment
  • Close-up photos of any printing defects, such as blurry printing, missing ink, unusual colors, peeling, or other visible issues

Slight variations in print placement are a normal part of the apparel printing process. Design placement variations of up to ½ inch are considered within normal production tolerances and are not considered defects by our printing partner.

Providing these photos with your claim helps us quickly determine whether your order qualifies for a replacement or refund.

Ordered the Wrong Size or Color?

We get it, sometimes the wrong size gets ordered.

Because our shirts are made to order, we can't offer refunds for ordering the wrong size or color. However, reach out to us anyway. We'll do our best to help with an exchange or replacement option when possible.

We're a small brand built around a simple idea:
